We want you to be fully satisfied with your Inky Shop cartridge. If you're not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right.
Online orders: Email us with your order number and let us know why you want to return the cartridge. A member of our customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours with instructions for returning your order.
What you need to know:A 'Change-of-mind' Return: You may return new, unopened, unused cartridges that are still in their original packaging, within 7 days of delivery or purchase from our stores, for a refund or exchange. For online orders, we will need to deduct the return shipping cost and a 10% handling fee.
N.B.! Remember to carefully check printer and cartridge model numbers when ordering and before opening the packaging. The onus is on our customer to check that they've ordered the correct cartridge, as we unfortunately cannot refund opened non-faulty cartridges.
Replacement of Damaged Cartridges: If the cartridge was damaged during shipping from our warehouse, please notify us within 3 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
Replacement/Refund for Faulty Cartridges: For faulty items, or if we send you the incorrect cartridge (oops! this should rarely happen) - the return shipping cost is free of charge.
All our products have a 6 month warranty unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Within the 6-month warranty period from date of purchase, we will gladly replace or refund a faulty cartridge provided the cartridge is not empty and is accompanied by your invoice. We do some simple checks to assess the fault and it is helpful, if possible, to bring in an example page of the printing error. For online purchases, one may either return the cartridge to a store (please quote your order number) or contact us for further instructions. This usually entails a chat with one of our technical staff to assess the fault and to see if we can troubleshoot the issue, failing that we ship to you a replacement or process a refund.
If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will receive a refund or credit only to the actual amount paid.
For online orders, please allow 5-7 working days for your refund to be processed.
Cancellation: To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment, less shipping, as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.

We pride ourselves on providing a professional vacuum-technology refill service with cartridge specific inks, resulting in the vast majority of our refills working like new. However, there are numerous factors outside of our control e.g. the length of time between the cartridge running empty and when it is brought in for a refill, that affect the refill success rate of the cartridge. In the instance that your refill doesn't perform as expected, we will recommend that you purchase a new cartridge less the refill value, or give you a refund.
