We want you to be fully satisfied with your Inky Shop cartridge. If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right.
Simply email us with your order number and let us know why you want to return the cartridge. A member of our customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours with instructions for returning your order.
You can also take the cartridge and your invoice to your closest Inky Shop.
What you need to know:
You may return new, unopened cartridges that are still in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery, for a refund or exchange. We will need to deduct the return shipping cost. Remember to carefully check printer and cartridge model numbers when ordering and before opening the packaging.
If the return is as a result of our error - you received an incorrect or defective cartridge - the return shipping cost is free of charge. (Have you tried our Troubleshooting Tips?)
If the cartridge was damaged during shipping from our warehouse, please notify us within 3 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will receive a refund or credit only to the actual amount paid.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the courier, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We need to allow for the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier (3-4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-7 business days).
We do not accept any returns after 30 days from delivery date.
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment, less shipping, as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
Because we know how frustrating it is to be unable to print when you need to, we recommend always keeping a spare cartridge in your cupboard for just such an emergency.
