Delivery costs
Standard delivery is R99 for most orders in South Africa, and delivery is free on orders of R500 or more.
Placing your order
You can check out as a guest. You can also sign in with your email address to check out faster and see your order history. We use your personal information only to process your order, support your experience on our website, and for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy & POPIA Statement.
Special orders: If you can't find the product you need, contact us and we can source it as a special order. Special orders are placed through a sales assistant, not through online checkout. Our sales team will tell you the lead time, which depends on availability and our suppliers. Please read the special orders section of our Returns Policy before you order.
Payment methods
All online payments are processed securely by PayFast, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. The Inky Shop never sees your card or banking details.

Dispatch times
Orders placed before 12 noon on a business day are packed and collected by our courier the same day. They ship from our warehouse in Hilton, KwaZulu-Natal, or from our stores in Cape Town and Gauteng. Orders placed after 12 noon are dispatched the next business day.

A business day is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Collect in store
You can buy online and choose Pickup at checkout to collect your order from an Inky Shop store. Please wait until we let you know your order is ready before you come in, because we may first need to move stock from another store or our warehouse. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Please bring your order confirmation email when you collect.
