Orders placed before 12 pm on a business day will be packed and collected by our reputable courier on the same day from our warehouse in Hilton, KwaZulu Natal or strategic stores in Cape Town or Gauteng.
An order placed after 12 pm will be packed and shipped the next business day.
For special orders, our sales team will advise lead times, as this will depend on availability and our suppliers.

Main Centers Johannesburg & Durban: Delivery in 1-2 business days
Main Center Cape Town: Delivery in 2-3 business days
Regional Areas: Delivery in 3-4 business days

The Inky Shop ensures hassle-free returns with fair terms and conditions. You may return new, unused, and unopened items in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase, within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note, we cannot process refunds for opened products, including incorrect inkjets or toners, so it’s important to confirm you’re purchasing the correct cartridge for your printer. If in doubt, feel free to contact us. We are happy to repair, replace, or refund defective items, including printer cartridges, as long as they are accompanied by proof of payment and fall within the 6-month warranty period or the timeframe stated in the product's warranty documentation.
