“I am writing to let you know how efficient your staff are at your Hillcrest branch. Both your staff members have given us excellent service. T, who served us on two or three occasions, helped us to sort out a serious problem with our new printer, which would not accept filled cartridges. She went out of her way to find the root of the problem and she helped us to overcome the problems by trying different solutions. Eventually it was sorted out and we went away happy customers. We appreciated the service we received and felt that we would like to give both of your workers credit.”

“I have been purchasing cartridges from Inky Shop in West Coast Village for some years and always had excellent service , however, my most recent visit needs to receive an accolade for going the extra mile. I requested that they enquire regarding cartridges which appear to have been discontinued and after some enquiries P managed to find some. On installation I discover that there appeared to be a problem with the colour mixing. I returned to the shop and discussed this with P who investigated the problem and came to my home armed with information which he had acquired from the supplier to assist with installation and cleaning ....my printer is now operating perfectly.
